PT Alkatec Mandiri Kencana is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our expanding team in Papua. In this role, you will be the primary on-site authority responsible for the successful execution of construction projects. You will act as the bridge between technical planning and field execution, ensuring that every project milestone is achieved with precision.
As a Site Engineer, you will oversee daily operations, manage sub-contractor activities, and ensure that all engineering standards are strictly followed. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure project progress aligns with the master schedule.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to report progress and resolve site-related issues.
- Monitor and control project costs, material usage, and equipment allocation to ensure adherence to the budget.
- Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all structural and finishing works meet project specifications.
- Lead on-site meetings and provide technical guidance to sub-contractors and field teams.
- Prepare regular site progress reports, including daily logs, weekly updates, and milestone verification.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health protocols (K3) on the construction site at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in site supervision or construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, engineering drawings, and structural specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse on-site teams.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to be stationed in Papua and work in a challenging field environment.
