Join Fuchi as a Site Engineer and play a pivotal role in the successful execution of ERSS (Enhanced Reservoir Sampling System) and TERS (Tertiary Environmental Remediation System) projects. As a Senior/Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site engineering activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the execution of ERSS and TERS projects, ensuring all engineering activities are completed according to specifications and timelines
- Supervise on-site construction activities, including quality control, safety compliance, and progress monitoring
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project implementation
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings
- Conduct regular site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Manage project resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and personnel
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure project objectives are met
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction or civil engineering projects
- Experience with ERSS and TERS projects is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and contractors
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
