Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and quality control measures
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate
- Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment to optimize project timelines
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with the project team to implement innovative solutions and maintain quality standards
- Monitor project progress against milestones and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Valid Professional License (Civil Engineer) from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is required
