Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure strict compliance with blueprints and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and enforce safety standards.
- Manage project timelines and effectively coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineering teams.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, including material logs and progress updates.
- Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and provide innovative solutions to complex construction challenges.
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as required for permits and inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Civil Engineer (PCE) license is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
- Proficiency in reading construction blueprints, technical drawings, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and local building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
