Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and consultants to facilitate seamless site operations.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
- Monitor material consumption, manage site inventory, and ensure resources are utilized efficiently to minimize waste.
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints, providing technical guidance to the construction team.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports for project management review.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly to prevent project bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC License preferred).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in construction site management or field engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other industry-standard engineering software.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, construction standards, and safety protocols in the Philippines.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse on-site teams.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for structural detail.
