Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and blueprints.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and field staff to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Perform regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare accurate daily progress reports, material usage logs, and site documentation for management review.
- Solve technical challenges that arise during construction, proposing effective and cost-efficient engineering solutions.
- Oversee the quality control of construction materials and ensure proper handling and storage on-site.
- Facilitate communication between the engineering office and the construction team to ensure design integrity is maintained.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a site engineering or field supervision role.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, engineering standards, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of workers.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to be based on-site in the Jakarta Timur area.
