Octagon Concrete Solutions, Inc. is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Site Engineer to join our team in Orion, Bataan. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing construction activities, ensuring that projects are delivered with precision, safety, and excellence.
As a Site Engineer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical field operations. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that all work complies with established engineering standards and safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Directly supervise civil engineering works and construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide the construction team.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare comprehensive reports for project management.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and material suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Enforce strict health and safety (HSE) standards to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Perform quality control checks on concrete works and other structural components.
- Resolve technical issues and unforeseen challenges on-site efficiently to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in site supervision or construction project management.
- In-depth knowledge of concrete technology and general construction materials.
- Strong proficiency in technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a site crew.
- Solid understanding of Philippine construction standards and building codes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle on-site pressure effectively.
