Tanggung Jawab
- Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements related to reinforced concrete structures
- Supervise concrete construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders on concrete-related matters
- Monitor concrete pouring, curing, and finishing processes
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks for concrete work
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including concrete mix designs, test reports, and schedules
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and implement safety protocols for concrete construction
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions for reinforced concrete structures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with focus on structural or concrete engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer with emphasis on reinforced concrete structures
- Strong knowledge of concrete properties, mix designs, and construction methods
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to concrete construction
- Experience with concrete testing and quality control procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for coordinating with various teams
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and concrete design tools
- Certification in concrete technology or related field is a plus
