Tanggung Jawab
- Report to Project Manager/ Site Manager for daily work coordination and site supervision
- Liaise with consultants for submission and approval of technical drawings, permits, and documentation
- Monitor construction progress, quality control, and adherence to project specifications
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance measures
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor resources for efficient workflow
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure proper resource allocation and material management on-site
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction documentation
- Certification in Site Safety Training Authorization (SST) or equivalent
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination
