Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Project Manager and Site Manager in preparing detailed shop drawings for construction execution
- Ensure all on-site work strictly complies with approved technical drawings and specifications
- Monitor construction activities to maintain alignment with design plans and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical discrepancies
- Conduct site inspections to verify implementation accuracy and adherence to engineering standards
- Document construction progress and report deviations from original plans
- Support project scheduling and resource allocation for efficient site operations
- Maintain accurate technical documentation throughout project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar construction role
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Experience with project planning and site coordination practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills for on-site technical challenges
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Strong communication skills for coordinating multidisciplinary teams
