Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate telecom site installations to meet project timelines and technical specifications
- Implement strict safety protocols and quality assurance measures on all construction sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues involving network infrastructure and equipment
- Manage field operations teams, including contractors and vendors, for efficient resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and as-built drawings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve interdepartmental dependencies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in telecom or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure (towers, antennas, power systems)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Certification in OHSAS 18001 or equivalent safety management systems preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently in remote sites
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with project management software and reporting tools
