- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and specifications
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures across all project phases
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in telecom infrastructure systems
- Coordinate field operations between contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
- Monitor resource allocation and budget compliance during execution
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and engineering standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in telecom projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and engineering principles
- Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA) is highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and CAD tools
- Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary field operations
- Valid PRC license as a Professional Engineer
