Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards
- Coordinate with project teams to implement technical solutions and maintain project timelines
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions
- Manage on-site resources including equipment, materials, and personnel allocation
- Maintain detailed documentation of site activities, progress reports, and incident records
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering solutions with project objectives
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for site efficiency and operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering or similar industrial roles
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, safety protocols, and engineering best practices
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project) and technical documentation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions in field conditions
- Certification in safety management (SMK3) highly desirable
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing on-site personnel
