Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions for delays or quality issues
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including daily reports and inspection records
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular site safety audits
- Manage material inventory and resource allocation for optimal efficiency
- Resolve technical challenges and provide engineering solutions during construction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Certification in project management or construction safety (e.g., NEBOSH)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite
