Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions for any deviations from project plans
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and compliance with technical specifications
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainable construction practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related construction discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project specifications
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., OSHA, CIDB) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills for coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
