Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with engineering specifications
- Conduct quality control inspections and material testing on-site
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including progress reports
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve technical issues
- Implement safety standards and environmental regulations on construction sites
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation
- Assist in troubleshooting engineering challenges and providing solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies and testing procedures
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
