Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities according to project plans
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports documenting work completed and challenges
- Implement strategies to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain professional conduct at all times
- Oversee resource allocation including labor, materials, and equipment
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with specifications
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site management or construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Certification in construction safety management preferred
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work independently in remote site locations
