As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our engineering projects, ensuring that all site operations align with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. You will be responsible for leading the site team, coordinating sub-contractors, and ensuring that every phase of construction or maintenance is performed according to approved engineering drawings and work schedules. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the site team to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor site progress against work schedules and project plans to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all construction and installation works strictly adhere to approved engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high quality of workmanship and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues on-site.
- Prepare and update daily site reports, material usage logs, and progress documentation.
- Manage site resources, equipment, and materials to prevent wastage and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant site experience in construction or energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of reading engineering drawings, technical specifications, and site layouts.
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse site teams.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations is highly preferred.
