We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Site Engineer to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our on-site operations, ensuring that our projects are delivered with precision, quality, and strict adherence to safety standards.
As a Site Engineer, you will bridge the gap between architectural plans and physical execution. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily progress of construction activities, managing site resources, and acting as a technical lead to resolve unforeseen field challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and manage daily site activities to ensure projects are executed according to the approved schedule.
- Monitor construction progress and provide detailed evaluations to project stakeholders.
- Implement and oversee rigorous quality control protocols to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Act as the primary technical advisor on-site, providing innovative solutions to engineering and construction hurdles.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, architects, and internal project teams to maintain workflow.
- Enforce strictly health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, including site logs, material usage, and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in construction site management or field engineering.
- Strong understanding of structural drawings, CAD software, and project management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and specifications.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cost-efficiency and timeline management.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
