Quinland Property is seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our expanding team in Purwokerto. As a Site Engineer, you will bridge the gap between architectural design and practical execution. You will oversee critical project lifecycles, including structural integrity, budget management, and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and architectural plans to guide site teams effectively.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring materials are used efficiently to prevent wastage and cost overruns.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site supervisors to maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential technical issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for management, highlighting key milestones and technical hurdles.
- Ensure all environmental and safety protocols (K3) are strictly followed by all personnel on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in construction project management or site engineering.
- Strong understanding of project estimation, cost control, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and technical construction software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Willingness to be stationed in Purwokerto and handle field-based responsibilities.
