Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and direct construction activities from start to finish, ensuring alignment with project blueprints.
- Monitor daily site progress to guarantee projects are completed within the agreed timeline.
- Ensure all construction work meets stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Enforce strict safety regulations and conduct regular site safety inspections.
- Coordinate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and review technical reports, site layouts, and progress documentation.
- Manage on-site resources and assist in budget control measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in site engineering and construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and project management tools.
- Valid engineering certification or relevant professional license.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
