Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Interpret and implement architectural and structural blueprints with high precision.
- Monitor and enforce strict site safety protocols and OSHA standards to prevent workplace accidents.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site staff to ensure efficient allocation of labor and materials.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure construction quality meets design specifications and building codes.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues or design discrepancies as they arise during the construction phase.
- Manage site inventory and oversee the proper usage of construction equipment and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC License holder) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site supervision or a similar construction engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction materials, and standard building practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate on-site teams.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and quality control.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
