Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports with detailed documentation
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards and identify improvement opportunities
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain accident-free work environments
- Assist in resource allocation and schedule management to optimize project efficiency
- Review engineering drawings and technical documentation for accuracy and feasibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction or property development
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Certification in safety management (OSHA/NEBOSH) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
