Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain hazard-free work environments
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks for compliance with specifications
- Manage site logistics, including material allocation, equipment deployment, and resource optimization
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate engineering solutions to prevent delays
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Certification in Construction Safety (e.g., OSHA, HSW) preferred
- Experience with project management software and site documentation systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make timely decisions in dynamic environments
