Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical site issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare accurate progress reports, site diaries, and technical documentation for management review.
- Ensure that all materials used on-site meet the required quality standards and project specifications.
- Assist in the scheduling of work sequences to maintain project timelines and minimize delays.
- Review structural drawings and provide technical input during the construction phase.
- Manage site resources effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and project success.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or consultancy projects.
- Strong knowledge of local construction standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Project).
- Ability to read and interpret complex structural and architectural drawings.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to site management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
