As a Site Engineer, you will be the backbone of our site operations. You will be entrusted with the end-to-end management of a specific project, ensuring that every phase of construction aligns with the highest quality standards, strict safety protocols, and approved project timelines. We are looking for an individual who possesses strong technical acumen, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset to handle on-site challenges effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the master project schedule.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site foremen to ensure materials and labor are effectively managed.
- Monitor project expenses to ensure construction remains within the established budget.
- Implement and enforce strict Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) standards across all structural phases.
- Ensure compliance with all local safety and health regulations (K3) on the construction site.
- Prepare regular site progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues or design discrepancies as they arise during the construction process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or project engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering software.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Project Management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Solid understanding of local building codes and K3 standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse on-site teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure project deadlines.
