Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflow and resolve site issues.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints, ensuring accurate implementation by the construction team.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high construction standards and minimize defects.
- Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports, site diaries, and necessary technical documentation for project tracking.
- Manage site resources, including materials and manpower, to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure that all site operations strictly adhere to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) guidelines and environmental standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and monitor site progress against established milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in site supervision, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- A valid CIDB Green Card is mandatory for this position.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Penang Island and adapt to flexible project schedules.
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to facilitate effective communication.
