Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
- Monitor construction progress, quality control measures, and safety protocols
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless project execution
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for stakeholders
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement engineering solutions
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of site engineering experience in construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
