As a Site Engineer, you will serve as the eyes and ears of our engineering department on the ground. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are executed safely, within budget, and according to the highest technical standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day on-site operations to ensure compliance with engineering plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Monitor site safety protocols and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management review.
- Inspect construction materials and workmanship to maintain quality control standards.
- Manage technical documentation, including blueprints, shop drawings, and RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Proactively identify potential project risks and suggest effective mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or a similar construction role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle on-site challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse on-site teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Willingness to be based on-site in the Serang, Banten area.
