Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control measures.
- Monitor project schedules, timelines, and progress to identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
- Manage material resources and budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, including daily logs and progress updates.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local building codes and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (or eligibility) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site supervision and construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
- Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
