- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure project milestones are met

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Certification in construction safety management is preferred
