Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with blueprints, design specifications, and building codes.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors to maintain the project schedule and workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and health and safety standards (K3).
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders and project management.
- Solve on-site technical issues and engineering challenges in real-time.
- Coordinate material procurement and inventory management to prevent project delays.
- Facilitate communication between the construction team, architects, and structural engineers.
- Ensure all site activities strictly follow budget guidelines and resource allocation plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in commercial or large-scale construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, or other relevant engineering software.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards (K3).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams on-site.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for complex problem solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
