Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractor schedules
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions for delays
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and documentation
- Manage material inventory and coordinate with suppliers
- Resolve technical issues and maintain project specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Certification in construction safety management (OSHA/NEBOSH)
- Experience with project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
