Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to maintain project timelines
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks for construction activities
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports and progress updates
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions during construction phases
- Manage on-site resources including materials, equipment, and personnel allocation
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainable construction practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Fresh graduates or 1-3 years of relevant site experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and engineering principles
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project blueprints
- Basic knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures
