As a Site Engineer, you will be the backbone of our construction operations. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design and reality, ensuring that our projects are delivered with precision, safety, and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure strict adherence to design specifications and engineering standards.
- Manage the production and coordination of complex formwork and concrete works to maintain structural integrity.
- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Implement and enforce rigorous site safety protocols to ensure a zero-accident workplace.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to troubleshoot on-site issues and minimize project delays.
- Prepare accurate progress reports and documentation for project management review.
- Monitor resource allocation and material usage to ensure cost-efficiency throughout the construction phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Site Engineer in high-rise or commercial construction.
- Proven expertise in formwork design, foundation construction, and concrete pouring techniques.
- Strong proficiency in technical drawing interpretation and project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage on-site teams.
- Deep understanding of Philippine construction safety standards and building codes.
