- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed according to specifications and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor construction progress and implement quality control measures
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or safety concerns
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Malaysia
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
