- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks for structural integrity
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including daily reports, as-built drawings, and progress updates
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement engineering solutions
- Monitor resource allocation and material usage to optimize project efficiency
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainable construction practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project blueprints
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or engineering safety protocols preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for on-site challenges
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of Singapore's building codes and construction regulations
