Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow alignment
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks for structural integrity
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including progress reports and as-built drawings
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor resource allocation and material usage to optimize project efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision or construction management
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural/engineering drawings
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid PRC license (Professional Regulation Commission) is preferred
- Proficient with project management software and MS Office Suite
