Epiterma Mas Indonesia is a leading player in the construction sector, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our project team in Cikarang Selatan. This is a critical role for a professional who excels in field operations, technical planning, and project coordination.
As a Site Engineer, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that all construction activities are executed according to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will be responsible for translating complex project schedules into actionable field tasks and providing the technical oversight necessary to overcome site-specific challenges. This position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence in field management. You will work closely with subcontractors, project managers, and onsite safety teams to ensure our projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and project schedules.
- Develop and implement detailed Lifting Studies for all heavy equipment operations to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Manage project scheduling and progress tracking, providing regular updates to the project management team.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and field teams to resolve technical issues and design discrepancies in real-time.
- Monitor site safety protocols, ensuring all onsite personnel adhere to company and industry health and safety regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive site reports, including daily progress logs, material usage, and labor distribution.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of construction materials and heavy machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Site Engineer within the construction or heavy industry sector.
- Strong expertise in creating and interpreting Lifting Studies and rigging plans.
- Advanced proficiency in construction scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to be based full-time at the project site.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing onsite personnel and vendors effectively.
- Knowledge of current Indonesian construction safety standards and regulations.
