Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards across all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate technical workflows between engineering, architecture, and construction teams
- Generate comprehensive technical reports and progress documentation
- Conduct on-site inspections and validate construction outcomes against specifications
- Implement proactive problem-solving strategies for engineering challenges
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Manage resource allocation and logistics for optimal site efficiency
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders including contractors, clients, and suppliers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction specifications
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and safety standards
- Advanced problem-solving skills with on-the-ground decision-making experience
- Experience with AutoCAD, BIM software, and construction project management tools
- Certification in construction safety management (SMK3) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical documentation
