We are seeking an experienced and efficient Site Engineer to join our dynamic team for a critical project based in Port Klang, Selangor. As a key technical leader, you'll oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met with precision and adherence to safety standards. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative leadership as you coordinate between contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. You'll be responsible for implementing engineering solutions, monitoring progress, and maintaining detailed documentation to guarantee quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress and report status updates to project management
- Implement quality control measures and safety protocols on-site
- Review and approve technical drawings, material deliveries, and workmanship
- Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily logs, inspection reports, and as-built records
- Manage resources efficiently to optimize project timelines and budget constraints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering for construction projects
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or engineering safety standards preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with site surveying tools and project management software
