Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain construction schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders

- Ensure adherence to local building codes and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site engineering or construction management
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction plans
- Certification in construction safety management (SMK3) preferred
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
