Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction operations to ensure adherence to engineering plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site staff to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and ensure safety protocols are strictly implemented.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site progress reports and documentation for project management review.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues on-site to minimize delays and prevent project disruptions.
- Ensure that all construction materials are managed, stored, and utilized according to project requirements.
- Liaise with project managers to update construction schedules and ensure project milestones are met on time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in site supervision, preferably in residential or commercial real estate.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and basic engineering software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Tanza, Cavite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site tasks effectively.
