Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and project timelines
- Implement and enforce quality control measures and safety protocols across all work areas
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to optimize resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress monitoring to identify potential delays or issues
- Prepare detailed technical reports, daily logs, and documentation for project milestones

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
- Certification in project management (PMP) or safety management (OSHA) preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for team coordination
