Kimlun Group is a leading construction and engineering firm committed to delivering excellence in infrastructure development. We are currently seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Site Engineer to join our team in Johor Bahru. This full-time role offers a chance to work on diverse and exciting projects while gaining valuable experience under the mentorship of senior project managers.
As a Site Engineer, you will be the bridge between the project management team and the on-site execution. You will assist in planning and implementing technical aspects of the project, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with established standards. We are looking for a proactive individual who can handle the dynamic environment of a construction site while maintaining high-quality output.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with approved plans, blueprints, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential technical issues, structural risks, or safety hazards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including daily reports, material lists, and site logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality control standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in site supervision or construction engineering.
- Strong knowledge of local construction codes, safety regulations, and engineering principles.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid engineering license or relevant technical certificates are highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
