Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards
- Monitor site progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams for seamless execution
- Enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance on-site
- Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and variance analyses
- Manage site resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Ensure environmental sustainability practices are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on site engineering experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions on-site
- Valid certification in site safety management (e.g., OSHA or equivalent)
- Experience in remote location projects and familiarity with East Malaysia's construction landscape
