Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural designs and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare, interpret, and revise technical drawings and project schedules as required on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, material logs, and progress photos.
- Resolve technical issues and unforeseen challenges on-site through effective coordination and design solutions.
- Collaborate with the head office to align field operations with overall project management strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Licensed Professional (PRC License) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or architectural project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office Suite is essential.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
