SG-Bogen Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer / Architectural Coordinator to join our dynamic project team in the East Region. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between architectural design and on-site execution, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and precision. You will be responsible for translating complex architectural drawings into practical site solutions while ensuring seamless communication across all project stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with architectural specifications and design intent.
- Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical discrepancies.
- Monitor site progress against project timelines and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Enforce strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) compliance across all site activities.
- Manage the flow of technical information, including Request for Information (RFI) and shop drawing approvals.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality matches project requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication between the office design team and the on-site construction crew.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Construction Management.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in site coordination or structural/architectural engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Regulations and WSH requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and structural drawings with precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaison with multi-disciplinary project teams.
