Tanggung Jawab
- Liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders to coordinate day-to-day site operations
- Proactively manage project scope changes and implement necessary adjustments
- Identify, document, and resolve technical issues during construction phases
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines
- Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports and progress updates
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and identify improvement areas
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure milestone achievement and resource optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction site management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols
- Certification in relevant construction safety standards (e.g., Site Safety Manager)
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
