Join Nationstar Development Corporation as a dedicated Site Engineer - Civil and play a pivotal role in our construction projects in Iloilo. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. In this position, you will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of civil engineering tasks. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining strict safety protocols, managing material resources efficiently, and resolving on-site technical challenges as they arise. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure strict adherence to blueprints and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and mitigate safety hazards.
- Manage and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews to ensure efficient workflow.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Enforce strict safety regulations and quality control measures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Estimate material quantities and costs, ensuring budget compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve on-site technical issues immediately to minimize downtime and keep the project on schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) License (Civil Engineer) is required.
- Proficiency in construction software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar engineering tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, modern techniques, and local building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse project teams.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, outdoor construction environment.
